“Elèsig, or Gisèle spelt the other way around, is a tribute to my paternal grandmother, who passed away too soon, shortly before I was born. Her first name became my middle name. This link, Elèsig, was an obvious choice.

Elèsig was created at a time when I wanted to assert my choices and follow my own path. To take a leap of faith. To dare to reclaim my freedom, to be in tune with my values. This overwhelming desire to create clothing that brings us closer to who we are, that reveals us and makes us feel good !

Femininity isn't just about appearance, though I am convinced that what we wear is a way of affirming who we really are. Elèsig is a committed brand filled with optimism, love and support. I want women to be able to love themselves for who they are: inspiring, beautiful, positive, independent, passionate, courageous… by wearing garments that empower and accompany them at all moments.

Elèsig’s objective today is to encourage women to really take of themselves. Gaining self-confidence by feeling free to wear what they want is without doubt the best way to discover who they truly are. I am addressing women who already take themselves on board and those who still doubt their superpowers. It is time to dare to be you, to shine and to love yourself!
